Update for tutorial and docker version updates #15

Hey I saw that the current version was behind a bit, and I went ahead and created a short tutorial for others to follow if they wanted to build it locally and test out the system. Let me know if you have anything specific you want me to add or change.

Thank you for your contribution, may I recommend building the branch experimental/multi-os as there are more recent changes on that branch than on master.

Ok cool, I'll merge that branch in, and change the PR to merge into that branch if that works for you.

Thank you for the PR @twosdai and my apologies for the delay. Personally I have been very busy the past months, however I am now back on track and don't have any unexpected happenings in the future.

I'll take this PR with the upgrade to 1.19.2 after archiving 1.18.2!
