I wonder if someone may already have dealt with this, so that we can pick up at the point of least rework:

Is there any MultiQC code to parse the results of DNA/RNA Bioanalyzer runs? Which files would be useful to put in MultiQC_TestData? xml? csv?

Hi @avilella,

This is something that we've talked about in person here quite a bit, but we've not yet done any work on it due to behind-the-scenes issues relating to getting the files to a place where MultiQC can find them. But yes, I think it would be a great addition!

Some test data in the MultiQC_TestData repo would be great - I haven't looked at the file contents properly yet so I don't know what info they contain and which would be best.
