Change Log #4

Would it be possible to get a brief change log between lib versions when a new commit is pushed from Jenkins?

Example: [+] SetDeviceID() is now implemented so don't use alternative method.

I understand these are bleeding edge changes but upgrading to the latest MBED version... just can't resist updating!
