Create Release 0.1.1 installer #605

Once all Release 0.1.1 issues are out of the way the installer can be created and pushed to the main website.

This needs to be done in line with the procedure in the installer repo.

Ensure all issues are completed for milestone. Still waiting for #623 to be reviewed and closed. Update SPV checkpoints file. Done 2015-06-29 10:40. Read 177 checkpoints, hash is 41182fa5a95f362f16b0733a38e4652a081a7183e8c02f58cbb933c2babe6dfb. Checked with repair wallet Update the local help. Updated 2015-06029 11:00. Checked by switching off wifi Update the localisation files from crowdin.com. Updated 2015-06-29 11:40 Merge from develop into master, tag code. Merged 2015-06-29 12:00. Tagged 'release-0.1.1' Final verification that functional tests (FEST, stress and emulator) run correctly. Unit tests run ok. One FEST test failed. verifySendRequestScreen. This test ran ok when reran separately. Final verification that latest hardware wallet firmware is supported. Checked sending with Trezor 1.3.3. ok. Check correct copy of multibit-hd.jar is in installer target directory. Ok. Dated 2015-06-29 12:06 Create and sign installer using Windows and Apple developer keys. Done. Create and check PGP signatures for binaries. Done Create and check SHA256 files for binaries. Done Create release note with SHA256 hashs of the binaries, Bitcoin signed by the MultiBit donation address. Done. Verify the release note with earlier version of MultiBit HD. Done. Push binaries to website following the directory naming conventions (expect Reddit notification from this point). Done Download installers from website and smoketest on each operating system. Smoketest done on Mac by JB, Mac/Win/Linux by Gary. Update the website code and blog to reflect the new version. Done. Push the website code to multibit.org. Done Issue general notification on social media Reddit/Twitter/BitcoinTalk if not already in place. Wait 24 hours for feedback. Done (Twitter + bitcointalk) Push to releases/multibit-hd/upgrade.xml so that auto updates start. Done.
