multibit.org failover: Help freezes UI for 1 minute until failover #624

If multibit.org is down the help freezes the UI for a minute until it fails over and uses the internal help. It would be better if it displayed the help screen with something like 'Loading...' and loaded the help off the Swing event thread to keep the UI responsive
