Create 0.1.2 installer #640

Once all Release 0.1.2 issues are out of the way the installer can be created and pushed to the main website.

This needs to be done in line with the procedure in the installer repo.

Ensure all issues are completed for milestone. All issues closed as of 14 Jul 2015 10:15 Update SPV checkpoints file. Done 13 Jul 2015 11:30. 178 checkpoints, hash is 8fab25fcacd312b78cfdd3af6a8edb67f4e0c8cb49869ff51a067dea83c43744. Tested with a repair wallet ok. Update the local help. Updated 13 Jul 2015 11:50. Checked with wifi switched off. Update the localisation files from crowdin.com. Updated 14 Jul 2015 10:20 Merge from develop into master, tag code. Done. Tagged: "release-0.1.2". Final verification that functional tests (FEST, stress and emulator) run correctly. All unit tests run ok. The FEST tests did not run successfuly until I commented out SpashScreen creation. Then there were three failures: verifyManageWalletScreen - change password success timed out. Tested manually and is ok. verifyHelpScreen - position of elements has changed. verifySendRequestScreen - failed with extra unexpected alert. Reran on its own ok. The FEST tests need a bit of tidying up but this is not a stopper for the release. Final verification that latest hardware wallet firmware is supported. Tested with Trezor 1.3.3 - sent tx ok. Create update-message.html for version check user notification. Done. Check correct copy of multibit-hd.jar is in installer target directory. Done. Created 15 Jul 2015 10:16 Create and sign installer using Windows and Apple developer keys. Done Create and check PGP signatures for binaries. Done Create and check SHA256 files for binaries. Done Create release note with SHA256 hashs of the binaries, Bitcoin signed by the MultiBit donation address. Done Verify the release note with earlier version of MultiBit HD. Done Push binaries to website following the directory naming conventions (expect Reddit notification from this point). Done Download installers from website and smoketest on each operating system. Smoketest on Mac and Windows 8 done ok by Jim. Gary checked Linux installer ok. Update the website code and blog to reflect the new version. Done. Push the website code to multibit.org. Done Issue general notification on social media Reddit/Twitter/BitcoinTalk if not already in place. Wait 24 hours for feedback. Done Push to releases/multibit-hd/upgrade.xml so that auto updates start.
