Backfill fiat amounts for recent transactions #679

When the user starts up MBHD it will start receiving tx as soon as possible. Often getting the exchange rate is slower than this and so you get transactions with no fiat equivalent stored. This is confusing to users as they have gaps in their fiat amounts.

It would be reasonable to 'backfill' fiat amounts on receipt of a rate from an exchange for a 'short while'.

Agreed. Added to 0.1.3 since it affects transaction value.
