This support topic covers how to troubleshoot this situation: https://multibit.org/en/help/v0.5/help_support_sentBitcoinToMultibitButTheyNeverArrived.html
It was written for MultiBit Classic, the only real difference if you are using MultiBit HD is that rather than a 'Tools | Reset blockchain and transactions' the utility is 'Tools | Repair wallet'.
hi i got similar problem, but i've tried to repair wallet for several times jet coins have still not arrived as much as over 24 hours have passed and coins have definitely allocated to my issued address.
@simions Hi, can you post a couple of screen shots please with: 1) The details of the transaction in the wallet you sent the bitcoin FROM. Please make sure you show the transaction id so that I can look it up on the blockchain. 2) The payment request details in MultiBit HD that you are sending TO. Just double click on the payment request in the Payments screen and take a screen shot.
right i thin what i did wrong. ive started an request for transfer, copied the wallet id and then deleted request. Is there any solution to fix this
Deleting the payment request wouldn't actually delete any addresses from your wallet. If by 'wallet id' you mean the wallet id that appears in the Manage Wallet | Wallet dashboard then that isn't a bitcoin address so you wouldn't be able to send any bitcoin to it.
It's a bit hard to track down if you deleted the payment request as obviously you cannot make a screen shot. Did the payment FROM your (other) wallet get sent successfully ?
If so you could check the HD addresses using something like https://dcpos.github.io/bip39/, generating them from your wallet words. It's the BIP 32 tab you need to use
I put in a request for coins and I used address that was given to me by multibit and sent my self coins but have not received. I triple check to make sure I used the correct address. WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY COINS?
