Cannot "Empty wallet" (Trezor): "Next" button stays grey #751

MultiBitHD 0.1.3 I have a Trezor wallet, but cannot empty it, because the "Next" button, after entering a valid receive address and having enough balance, stays grey. See screenshot. Also, I cannot send the whole amount manually to another wallet. 0.00001 BTC are extra for the BRIT fee, and if I add that to the transaction, this 0.00001 BTC stay on the wallet. That does not make sense, since if one wants to throw away the wallet, this 0.00001 BTC would be lost from the Blockchain.

Hi @wodry. This is an unusual situation. Is the wallet made up of an exceptional number of tiny inputs? Given 90mBTC you should be able to always empty the wallet.

Also the 1000sat client fee has been removed for the first 4 spends in 0.1.3+ so you should be able to spend using the less efficient manual method.

Would you mind sending in an Error Report (Help | Error Report button) which will give us more information about why the Next button isn't enabling? If you add the issue number (#751) into the user notes we'll be able to tie the two together.
