not confirmed payments #868

hello, I wonder what I should do for my balance be unlocked? I used a bitcoin address to several receipts, I did not know that the address was to be used only once.

MultiBit HD follows Bitcoin best practices by not re-using addresses (see https://multibit.org/en/help/hd0.2/request-bitcoin.html for details).

However, if someone was to send to an address that you'd generated earlier you would still receive the funds because you have the private key to that address.

restore balance

Hello, actually I got the bitcoins but this balance is locked, want to know how can I clear it?

I think by 'unlocked' you mean 'unconfirmed' i.e not yet in a block. If this is the case, then you simply need to wait until the transaction confirms.

As the Bitcoin network is pretty much running at 100% now a days a transaction with a lower fee can take a while to confirm

Olá,infelizmente não tem o que fazem, falei com o suporte e ele me disse que eu deveria aguardar porque uma hora ia cair, mas já faz mais de 4 meses e nada, eu desisto.desculpe-me por não poder ajudar.

there is bug in old multibit wallet: https://btc2doge.org/multibit-hd-wallet-seed-words-not-work/
