Create 0.3.0 installer #870

Prepare

Ensure all issues are completed for milestone. 14 Apr 12:38. All done except for FEST test which is awaiting review. Update SPV checkpoints file. Updated 14 Apr 16:24. 199 checkpoints, hash is 75a2bd95a73cc279f63745a4e2e4247ab25720548c3b65f8ebe6123a32dd0dce. Checked with Repair wallet Update the local help. Updated 14 Apr 13:10 Update the localisation files from crowdin.com. Updated 14 Apr 13:00. Merge from develop into master, tag code. Done. Tagged with release-0.3.0 17 Apr 11:11 Final verification that functional tests (FEST, unit) run correctly. Unit tests run ok 17 Apr 11:10 Final verification that latest hardware wallet firmware is supported. Check correct copy of multibit-hd.jar is in installer target directory. Done. Dated 17 Apr 16 11:20 Create update-message.html for version check user notification. Done Check install4j auto-update points to updates.xml and NOT updates-test.xml. Done

Build

Create and sign installer using Windows and Apple developer keys. Done Create and check PGP signatures for binaries. Done Create and check SHA256 files for binaries. Done Create release note with SHA256 hashs of the binaries. Done Verify the release note with earlier version of MultiBit HD. Done

Release

Push binaries to website following the directory naming conventions (expect Reddit notification from this point). Done Download installers from website and smoketest on each operating system. Done - Mac+Windows by Jim, Linux+Mac+Windows by Gary. Push the website code to multibit.org. Done Issue general notification on social media Reddit/Twitter/BitcoinTalk if not already in place. Wait 24 hours for feedback. Done Push to releases/multibit-hd/updates.xml so that auto updates start. Done.

I'll have to redo the installers - the InstallationManager was still pointing at the 0.2 help rather than the 0.3 help. 0.3 is being included in the jar as fallback help ok.
