Display issues with labels in left menu #894

I have strange display issues: whenever I click on a menu item on the left hand side, several other items change their color and labels.

Operating System: Siduction Linux, Kernel 4.5.0-towo.1-siduction-amd64 MultiBit HD Version: 0.3.0 (same issues seen in 0.1.4) Java Version: OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_77-Debian-8u77-b03-3-b03)

Steps to replicate the problem:

  1. Open Multibit, first page is "Preferences"
  2. Click "Tools"
  3. Click "Payments"
  4. Click "Preferences"
