Increased upper fee limit on slider #758

Simple change to the fee slider upper limit. The old maximum amount isn't enough to ensure prompt inclusion.

Thanks for offering up this pull request. Unfortunately MultiBit Classic is no longer being supported beyond critical security fixes so this work is unlikely to ever be included.

I would suggest that you focus your attention on MultiBit HD which is still under active development.
