hanged payment #769

Good day!

Can I ask for some help with the issue happened today? I created and confirmed with the password the payment to this address:

18S9MrhWc9guVzrd6oWssVjiYFmur16bcP 1EhjKFkhVuehMxqwLNAH6mii9YuH6bQ4fr

the payment details are at the attached pics 1.png and 2.png

After a minute or two (web-shop Newegg, where I sent this payment) confirmed that payment is being received. So, I close your Wallet. After two hours those web-shop sent me e-mail that payment was not received (and their terms are that you have some time, don't remember how much exactly, to complete the payment after that time send to address will be deleted). I checked this payment with your wallet, the payment still has status sending and if open it details the status will be as at the pic3. 3_1 So what can be the reason and is it possible to cancel this payment or return my money back?
