Yes the 'Your receiving addresses' and 'Your sending addresses' are not very good texts.
I am going to do a rework of the UI and one of the suggestions was to change:
'Receive Bitcoins' to
'Request Bitcoins'
which is more descriptive of what the operation is. I will have a think about your suggestions and how they will work with the new UI layout.
Good idea to have a descriptive tooltip for the address header text which most of the other visual elements have.
