meteorite is necessary to install bootstrap-3, router, and semantic-ui.

I actually tested these instructions to see if mrt was necessary on a newly cloned repo and it looked, to me, that simply calling meteor installed the libraries. It did seem odd that you wouldn't have to invoke the package manager to install the packages though. Am I just confused about how it's installing?

hmm, i have no idea. in my case it didn't work until i used mrt.

Oops yeah i was confused; mrt is the way to go
