PanelTable does not measure size correctly when table content is reloaded. #82

When the table in the PanelTable frame is reloaded the size measuring can be happen before the actual data arrived. Since the panel has a sizeMeasured property that prevents future measuring/adjusting of the framesize the table is stuck on 1 row.
