Add installation instructions to README #16

The "mrt install iron-router-progress" (should be "add") on https://iron-router-progress.meteor.com/ tripped me up for a bit. It's wrong, but Meteorite not so helpfully responds with, "Done installing smart packages."

Thank you. I'll correct it at the page as soon as I can. Feel free to submit a PR on https://github.com/Multiply/iron-router-progress-example and I'll get it up there, sooner. ;)
