Config File Reset/Not set properly #19

Imported my end world.

Multiverse-Adventure config file does not include:

template: NAME.template
activationdelay: 10
resetdelay: 10

Adding these options to the config file and doing an /mv reload causes those options to disappear.

Also, Multiverse-Portals loses permission to travel through the portal after doing /mv reload.
