There is NOTHING we can do about this on our side. Spout needs to correctly release the file locks when a world is unloaded. Java does not allow you to force close file hooks. Sorry =/
I contacted the authors of Spout and this issue is fixed in the Spout dev build v1147
SpoutPlugin creates a folder in each world called 'spout_meta', with a couple of files inside. These files seem to be held open so MV Adventures is unable to remove them when it attempts to reset the world. This breaks MV Adventures as the worlds remain unloaded.
