per world textures [request] #1143

as the plugin forced texures only works for the whole the server and there are world guard addons in which only work areas i would like the ability to add a link adress like in the server.properties file add the ability to set it up per world or is this option already avalible?

This would at least require changes in Bukkit and CraftBukkit, but I think that it could work. I'll have a look at this when I'm back from my holidays.

Maybe player.setResourcePack() on world change?
