When reinstalling/updating a plugin that is already installed, it doesn't install. #3

It leaves it in the plugins/update folder. It says it will install on the next server restart, but it never does.

For example: I have multiverse-core 2.4 installed and I want to upgrade to 2.5. I would type /mvd download core 1 1 It would say that it will be installed on next restart, but the jar remains in the update folder and never gets installed without moving it manually.
