I've added Flowbite as a great resource if someone wants to start coding with Tailwind CSS and vanilla JavaScript - the main API is pretty straightforward and there are plenty of easy issues to tackle on GitHub if someone wants to contribute.
It's downloaded over 130k times per week on NPM (https://www.npmjs.com/package/flowbite) which makes it a well known framework and UI component library for the web development community.
