Harvesting large trees without fast leaf decay leave a large number of unharvested leaves even when using ftbultimines due to its 64 block limit that take a long time to despawn

Add Fast leaf decay or similar mod to the pack so leaves despawn when the trees they are attached to are cut down.
Additional context
Fast Leaf Decay is a staple of Skyblock modpacks and a good QOL feature.
