[FEATURE REQUEST] Blacklist Ex Nihilo Sieves from Carry on #5

When you shift right click a sieve to remove a mesh it picks up the sieve using carry on by default. You have to place down the sieve and break it in order to remove the mesh.

Describe the solution you'd like

Carry on mod has a blacklist feature to enable disabling its functionality for specific blocks. Add sieves to the blacklist so meshes can be removed without changing key binding for carry on.
