MiG-21bis: Added ASP Mode Toggles, Standardized Formatting #3

Added a few more toggles for the ASP modes.
Ran through a Lua formatter. This may bring up a tabs vs spaces debate. I have no preference here, but that's partially why it's showing so many changes.
I also adjusted my syntax to match yours then made a pass at making the overall formatting/spacing consistent for readability.

On my first PR I didn't include the keyboard mapping. It looks to me to be a copy of the joystick mapping. Is this correct? That's what I've included in this PR.

Awesome, thanks for the updates! Also, yeah, i copied over the joystick lua to the keyboard lua.
