Added some TADS controls to the Pilot default.lua #53

This is a quick and dirty add of commands to enable control of the TADS from the pilot seat.

The rationale is that such stuff in multiplayer is the result of pilot-copilot communication, not having that possibility with the AI, control has to be granted to the player for stuff such as selecting TV/FLIR, zoom level and other operations. I have not tested every function yet, but the file loads in DCS and the new commands are recognized.

All is under a bespoke category TEDAC_CPG2PLT with sub categories as needed.

Sorry for the delay - I've been a bit hesitant to add binds for other seats for some reason. Thank you!
