Describe the bug

When the app is installed, it does not ask for permission to show a notification, which can cause misunderstandings for the user For example, when trying to connect wirelessly debugging, the user will be at a loss while waiting for a notification to enter the connection code

Seems to be a regression error. Will be fixed in the next release.
