Hiding missing signatures, disabling crash reporting #902

I often receive missing signature reports from users who have no idea what it is all about but seem to have enough time to select each signature one by one. Therefore, this feature should be optional and only be enabled for users who are interested in the feature. The idea is to add an option to enable displaying missing signatures in Settings > Troubleshooting.

Crash reporting, though useful, is very annoying when the user who sent the report never replies back. Similar to missing signatures, disabling sending crash reports would reduce the burden as well.

Crash reports are now delivered to the am4android email. So, the feature will be kept.
