It does, yes. But I guess, there's no match for Google's AI generated voice that only works over the Internet.

I would suggest keeping eSpeak and RHVoice, and removing TTS Util.

This should be included in the reason section. Because a TTS app is useless without the voices.

I've re-added RHVoice (2d255328f2e9ebc069f9ea0966bd745dfaa5e07b) because the application itself has an OSI approved license. Voices do not require an OSI approved license because they're not source code or software programs. However, we added the fact that most voices are non-free since they prohibit commercial use.
