The certificate of 'cld-smact-02.pd.infn.it' is not trusted. #4

I am trying to build the file using the instructions on the master. However it fails building Dockerfile-environment.

Due to a misunderstanding the certificate for the host has been renewed with a new one issued by a different CA. We correct the documentation but not the docker configuration. I've just committed a fix for that, moreover I've changed also the host name. "cld-smact-02" was just a test site, now the production level site is "nexus.pd.infn.it". Unfortunately I'm experiencing several problems with C8S repositories, a package seems to be missing so I put a temporary workaround. Sorry for the inconvenience and let me know if the fixes work fine.
