Took half a day trying to figure out why my ModalFormResponsePacket handler does not work. Then realise /fakeplayer ... form ... does not even send it: https://github.com/Endermanbugzjfc/FormInteractionFix/actions/runs/3404543255/jobs/5661859052

Form response command should not hack PM property. Instead, send ModalFormResponsePacket.
