Make BEELINE installable through a Docker image #68

For the ISMB 2022 tutorial on single-cell GRN inference, it will be useful if attendees can install BEELINE using a Docker image. With such an image, attendees will not have to spend time troubleshooting the installation of BEELINE.

We decided to use a different approach: provide a VirtualBox image to the attendees. Docker would have required root permissions for the users.
