Hi all,

This is Yiqi Su, a first-year Ph.D. student in Dr. T. M. Murali's lab, at Virginia Tech. I have made the following three edits:

  1. README: The instructions on building docker images of the 12 algorithms was moved to the third bullet point in quick setup.
  2. initialize: The echo messages were updated so that an error message will pop up when the corresponding docker image fails to be built.
  3. Algorithms: A "-y" was added to install time for the five r-based algorithms including LEAP, PPCOR, SCODE, SCRIBE, and SINCERITIES.
