Currently we only have the ability to upload a graph from Cytoscape to GraphSpace. We did not implement the option to download a graph from GraphSpace as Cytoscape is not able to import CYJS style files. However, it can import the network JSON file, which has the node names, edges and x and y coordinates. We could therefore add the ability to download networks without the styles to CyGraphSpace. This would allow users to apply other apps and tools on their network.
