Add more style editor tools to edit selected nodes and edges #309

Ideally we would be able to edit any of the styles cytoscape js supports.

The more common styles we edit that would be nice to have tools for are:

[ ] border color/style/size
[ ] opacity
[ ] text border color/width

We probably want to setup a framework which allows us to add more properties like this by editing a configuration file which describes type of the style properties (color/number/text) etc.
