I have reported this issue to Google Code's own issue tracker already three 
weeks ago: http://code.google.com/p/support/issues/detail?id=4077

Unfortunately nothing has happened. I'll send a mail to the support mailing 
list next.

The Mercurial repository itself seems to be fine and you should be able to 
clone it with the following command:

hg clone https://robotframework-seleniumlibrary.googlecode.com/hg/ 
seleniumlibrary
