unpacks everything in the same directory, even the files that should be in a subsirectory #93

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I run the script as autoscript after a torrent is downloaded with transmisson
2. script runs and extracts the zips and rars
3. files from subfolders are also extracted to the maindirectory - no 
subfolders are created

I use the script on a WD MyBookLive.

Quite sure there is a switch in the .ini that I don´t see.....
