Refactor all templates to meet current standards

This repository has been out of date for a long time. I anticipate that almost every single template well need refactored to meet current standards.

As such, here is a list of all templates. Anyone wishing to refactor a template can claim it for themself by commenting below and I'll assign them by putting their name next to it. You can choose to edit the existing template to meet current guidelines, or just re-transcribe it, as you wish.

I may find I have to split templates with lots of variants apart, but for now I haven't done so.
