Repository Reorganization

We need to move some files around inside MatrixPilot.

 - The source files should move to a new src directory.

 - We should look again at splitting options.h and waypoints.h into 3 files, and offer a repository of 
airframes.h files for different planes.

 - We should add common open source text files: AUTHORS, README, INSTALL, COPYING, etc...

Second the need for this. If there are no objections, I'll setup a branch later 
today (4/21) and start on this. I don't 
see why we can't get this in for 2.5 -- is there a reason it's tagged for 3.0?

I wanted to be careful not to move lots of files while people are working on 
big patches, to save people the svn-
related headaches that this could cause.  But maybe the big patches are already 
in?  And maybe these headaches 
would not actually be too bad...  Maybe we should commit the magnetometer code 
first?

I'm not sure the headaches would be that bad (aka: I'll volunteer to merge 
them, if that's a deciding factor). The 
big patches I'm aware of have all been committed (wind estimation, 
magnetometer, absolute waypoints). Are 
there any specific patches you're aware of?
