Add more configurability to RTL mode #2

Currently RTL mode just navigates back to relative point 0,0 with the throttle 
off.

I'd like to allow the following RTL options:
 - Allow configuring RTL mode to just continue following the main waypoint set
 - Allow configuring RTL mode to use a separate waypoint set

Great to see this supported.
- RTL to go to waypoint.

Will be perfect to enable the power flight back to Waypoint before the power 
cut. 
This will almost guaranteed to bring back the model
