If my transmitter has no 3-way switch #43

Can i ask what must i go if i have no 3-way switch transmitter. Do i need to 
buy a new one because it is costly and i already have a transmitter. Can the 3 
modes still work if i use only a 2 way switch? How do i control the mode if it 
is able to work? Please advice. Thanks!

Peter Hollands has added support for multi-toggling a two way switch to achieve 
the same functionality as a three way switch. Completed and now included in 
trunk.
