Update Docs for 3.1 #45

- Copy relevant wiki pages into MP30 versions 

- describe each board type
- all new features: OSD, PPM, Logo, ...
- Add a page describing all compatible extra hardware
   - mag, spektrum, OSD, PPM, OpenLog, XBee, Remzibi, Extra Servos
- Describe compatible software tools: flan, WaypointEditor, UDBLogoEditor, HKGCS

- Add and seed a FAQ

Updated Wiki Plan:

   - Home: Update to push 406 instead of ublox, remove list of firmwares, add a list of cool features
   - MatrixPilot: Update
   - UDBBoards: Add (describe each board, plus a photo of each?)
   - Flying: Update RTL info
   - ConnectingExtraChannels, HowToInstall: mention PPM Encoder
   - OpenLogConnection: Update for New firmware
   - TroubleShooting: Rename to FAQ?  Add lots of Q&A! (Search email for FAQ, since someone often replied: "This should get added to the FAQ!")
   - Navigation: Add?
     - WayPoints: Update
     - UDBLogo: Add
   - CompatibleHardware: Add, point out that all this is optional
     - OSD: Add
     - PPMInput: Add
     - Magnetometer: Add
     - Also: Serial, OpenLog, Remzibi, XBee, RXs/RTLSetup, Extra Channels
   - CompatibleSoftware: Add
     - Flan -> Excel / GoogleEarth
     - Waypoint Editor: Add

Make and edit temporary *MP30 versions of the following files, to avoid 
temporarily confusing 2.5.1 users: Home SideBar MatrixPilot Flying 
HowToConfigure WayPoints

Done for now.  Moving to 3.1.  Needs more info filled in for OSD, Logo, 
Waypoint Editor, Code organization,...

Reduced to high priority.
May be made obsolete after review for MatrixPilot4.x release
