Remove config.yml and Cleanup Messages #7

config.yml is no longer needed

Oops, I meant to make this two separate PRs:

  1. remove config.yml (in favor of config-example.yml)
  2. Clean up the messages only display

In a future PR, I'd like to also display the messages in the info stream WITH node number and map.
