Name does not search by substring

When using find for names, the app checks using the whole name. In cases where a name is long or the spelling is hard to remember searching by substrings of the name will be be helpful. Searching by word which is what the app currently uses makes it not usable in such cases.

Hi thanks for the report,

We recognise that this can be a minor inconvenience for users in the rare case that the name really is too long to remember. However, this would only be in the rare case that the name is really hard to spell. We believe that long names should not give the users a problem as they are expected to be fast typers. Lastly if a user is really having trouble remembering how to spell the names of their students, they can find by the tag of the class the student is in first. This would show a manageable list of students that the user can find the student by
