@gdegas did you install the Quickfix AI VS Code extension using instructions from this repo or did you install it directly from VS Code Marketplace?
I installed it with instructions from the repo. I even uninstalled and did it again
@gerarddegas can you share the details of your VS Code like VS Code version etc. And will you try to disable other VS Code extensions, maybe they are conflicting with Quickfix AI.
I'll try to disable other extensions a bit later and post results.
Oops weird, seems like I alternated my github accounts here 😆
@gdegas did you receive any error while running make install-vscode-extension
?
I did receive some errors at first but it was a result of python version and I resolved them using pyenv.

It's really odd because I clearly see the quickfix-ai.solve command in /out/extensions.js
@gdegas I'll get back to you with a solution shortly.
Hey @gdegas, sorry for the long delay. GitHub Copilot has a lot of exciting features, including the ones offered by the Quickfix AI VS Code extension. I'm removing the VS Code extension from Quickfix AI and focusing on the Quickfix AI Chrome extension. You can use GitHub Copilot, and if you want to stay updated, feel free to follow the progress of the Quickfix AI Chrome extension.
I ran through all of the steps successfully and have the backend running. This happens after I open the prompt and choose "quickfix AI"
