SilentKillPassive log warning #32

RPGO patches Vektor Rifles with "built in suppressor" by adding a Silent Kill Passive ability to their weapon templates. Without Stealth Overhaul installed, this causes a log warning.

Perhaps it would be reasonable to move the code that adds the Silent Kill Passive to the stealth overhaul mod? I wanted to do it myself, but Stealth Overhaul is not on github.
