1) Integrate support into the main mod
2) Make a meta mod for each one
3) Make one big meta mod that supports a range of plugins
The consensus seems to be option 3), though it may take a while until people are aware of the meta mod. Best post a link to it on the steam page of each of the mods.

Edit: Before anyone takes it upon themselves to do this, they should wait for a planned update to the Random Classes logic and the configs required to set them up.
