Ready For Anything should now work with Sniper Rifles

[br]Abilities:[/br]
Reload Sawed-Off Shotgun: [i]Allows reloading of the Sawed-Off Shotgun 2 times per mission. Loads 1 ammo each time.[/i]
Hipfire: [i]Can fire the Sawed-Off Shotgun once for one action point (Point Blank).[/i]
Deep Pockets: [i]Gain 2/3/4 additional uses for the Reload Sawed-Off Shotgun ability.[/i]
None Shall Pass: [i]During enemy turns, fire a free reaction shot that can critically hit with your Sawed-Off Shotgun at any visible enemy within three tiles who moves or fires. Can only trigger once per turn.[/i]
Scrap Metal: [i]Kills on robotic enemies with your Sawed-Off Shotgun restore one use of the Reload Sawed-Off Shotgun ability. Your Sawed-Off Shotgun attacks against robotic enemies pierce 1/2/3 armor.[/i]
Brutality: [i]Kills on organic enemies with your Sawed-Off Shotgun have a 50% chance to panic other organic enemies within 6 tiles.[/i]
Ruthless: [i]Killing a panicked or disoriented enemy with your Sawed-Off Shotgun refunds one action point.[/i]
[br]Changes to the Sawed-Off Shotgun[/br]
Damage:
The base damage has been lowered across the board. The original numbers were balanced for LW2's much higher health pools and especially with the new abilities giving the Sawed-Off Shotgun more longevity for longer fights, keeping the old damage numbers would have made it too strong.
[i]Conventional: 5-9 => 4-7[/i]
[i]Magnetic: 7-13 => 6-10[/i]
[i]Beam: 9-15 => 8-13[/i]
The damage now falls off with range with 6 tiles being the maximum effective range of the gun.
The damage is reduced when attacking through cover (-30% / -50% for half cover / full cover respectively).
Range table:
[i]The maximum aim modifier is now +50 instead of +60.[/i]
[i]The aim modifier doesn't fall off as quickly with range and never gets negative. However, the weapon will be ineffective at longer ranges due to very low damage beyond ~5 tiles.[/i]
[b]All of these changes to the Sawed-Off Shotgun[/b] can be turned off via Mod Config Menu![/b]
