In RPGO there are different types and sources of perks: Weapon abilities, Squaddie abilities, trained abilities...
This can lead to situations where you have 15+ passive icons in the lower left corner during tactical. Differentiating those icons depending on their source would likely help make things a bit less confusing.
To that end, I suggest we change the eAbilitySource_ / color of
(1) Weapon abilities - to something neutral like grey (eAbilitySource_Passive)
(2) Squaddie abilities - not sure which color (eAbilitySource_Commander)
